D&S Diversified Technologies administered its first CNA exam in
Delaware on July 1st of 2002. In addition, the Delaware Department of Health
is using our proprietary database management system
to maintain the official, 24x7,
on-line registry.
Please Note: Starting June 1, 2009 the additional on-line registry features were added
below to further enhance and expedite our registry services. Licensees may request renewals and
change addresses on-line, and employing facilities may verify employment for licensees requesting
renewals. Licensees from other states may also request reciprocity on-line, although some details of
that process are yet to be finalized. Also effective June 1, 2009, the Division of Long Term Care Residents Protection will no longer issue CNA identification cards. Prospective employers may verify CNA certification using the on-line registry or by calling 302-577-6666. |
